G4h's work in Ireland
G4h work extensively in the Republic of Ireland. In the last 10 years the 'Celtic Tiger' has moved from strength to strength particularly in the highly innovative, fast moving Technology and IT sectors.
G4h work closely with the Irish Government through Enterprise Ireland to train, develop, advise and assist Irish companies through early stage to UK market entry. G4h has a series of programmes:
- Sales capability training which is for early stage companies covering proposition development, sales & market planning / management, market entry, forecasting and qualification. A highly practical and pragmatic training session with a one-on-one follow up session.
- Value Proposition and Messaging Development which is for established companies who are looking to either tune up their messaging or develop new propositions for new markets. This programme is structured using the G4h methodology and involves a full day workshop with the company's stake holders. G4h then develop the proposition and messages over a period of days. This is then reviewed in a follow up half day workshop with the stakeholders.
- Market evaluation and testing which is for companies looking to enter new markets (normally the UK) who want to get a practical view of their opportunity from potential buyers in the market. This programme is structured using the G4h methodology and involves setting up a number of meetings with senior mangers / directors in the company's target market who are interviewed about the market's issues and drivers, business climate, proposition, competition, pricing and business case. A landscape report is then produced covering the findings.
- Sales and marketing execution which is for any size company who want to improve this aspect of their business, from perhaps establishing the first reference sites or closing a particularly important prospect or setting up any third party channels. This programme is specifically tailored to each company and may range from a few days a month to full-time resources.
