Touch Campaign - Management Insitution
A leading management institution wanted to improve the awareness of Operational Risk amongst the general managers within the City of London. G4h was asked to develop and implement a solution.
Following an initial sector analysis, G4h recommended that they establish an Operational Risk forum which would be responsible for identifying and recommending best management practice in this area.
G4h identified and recruited an exectutive team to run the forum. We then developed and ran a questionnaire-based survey of the risk managers in the main financial firms within the City of London to establish the level of interest in the forum, provide a baseline measurement for capabilities and processes, and prioritise the issues that need to be addressed. G4h also identified and signed a sponsor for the survey.
The survey process included building a database of 109 risk managers, sending them a questionnaire and covering letter, follow-up phone calls which led to emailing the questionnaire to 75 people, and follow-up phone calls to encourage participation.G4h analysed the results and created a report which was approved by the institution and distributed to participants. We then created a one-page 'taster' for the sponsor to send to non-participants and other contacts with a link to their website where the full report could be downloaded.
