Our client is a leading provider of technology solutions to Financial Services trading firms. These firms had reduced their investment in technology following the peak in 1999. Our client was aware of the growing industry concerns about compliance, security and business continuity as well as specific trading concerns about productivity, interoperability and resilience.
Our client had developed innovative technologies to address these issues while also reducing energy consumption as a way of lowering Total Cost of Ownership; however, it needed to understand how potential customers would prioritise the issues in order to maximise the effectiveness of its selling proposition. Moreover, as one of their highest-profile initiatives it was essential that the campaign run smoothly.
