Proposition Development - Global Finance Network
When one of the world's leading telecommunication firms decided to build a new solution platform for the global financial services industry, it turned to G4h to refine and test its proposition.
Over a 3 month period G4h worked with all parts of the organisation, from the divisional General Manager to technologists, helping them define the proposition and refine it through extensive testing in the market. The process was highly iterative and involved the creation of a presentation, white paper, business case, briefing seminar, introductory letters and a questionnaire.
G4h undertook 25 account team briefings and 40 research interviews with their existing customer base, potential new customers, technology partners and complementary service providers. G4h analysed the results and created a briefing document for the board.
The process identified 3 early adopters, a further 5 prospects and an acquisition target which was successfully pursued; G4h continued to support the account teams and management in closing the opportunities.
