Proposition Development - National Development Agency
A leading national development agency has contracted G4h to support its client firms in refining and testing their propositions. The Agency is always fully engaged in the process, which often yields great insights into the capabilities, motivation and coherence of the management team.
Over the past 3 years G4h has worked with several firms, helping them define their propositions through workshops that involve the entire management team. The workshops run for 6-7 hours and are interactive; information is captured dynamically using an electronic mindmap so that all participants can see what is being captured and its relationship to the goals they have set for their firm. The mindmap forms a record of the meeting and is the basis for developing a proposition presentation after the session closes.
The client firms have included both software and services companies, and have spanned a number of sectors: training, cards, insurance, development tools, etc. G4h is often subsequently engaged by the participating firm to undertake a thorough market evaluation of the offering.
At the end of last year the Agency extended its relationship with G4h by commissioning the development of a training and mentoring program for its client firms.
